Terms of service

These terms govern your use of AgentTrunk, a service provided by Aadi Labs ("we", "us"). If you use AgentTrunk for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms.

Using the service

AgentTrunk lets you store, version, review, and retrieve context for agents, including skills, prompts, instructions, and reference files. You are responsible for your account, authorized integrations, workspace permissions, and actions taken by agents you authorize. Keep credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain your rights to content you upload. You grant us permission to host, copy, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service and follow your authorized instructions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and make it available to your organization, agents, and integrations.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgentTrunk unlawfully, infringe others' rights, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the service, or distribute malicious content. Do not upload protected health information, passwords, API keys, or other secrets. AgentTrunk is not approved for HIPAA-regulated data. Follow the data handling guidance.

Plans and payment

Applicable prices, billing periods, and limits are shown when you subscribe or agree to an order. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Where usage billing is enabled and disclosed, successful REST file downloads, context exports, and MCP context responses share your organization's allowance; cache hits count equally. Browsing, search, metadata, review diffs, and failed requests do not count. See pricing for details.

You authorize collection of the fees you agree to, together with applicable taxes. Manage or cancel your subscription through Billing. Cancellation timing and any prorations are shown in the billing portal or your order. Contact us about billing errors; nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights required by law. Changes to agreed pricing will be communicated before they apply to you.

Version history and ending use

Replacing a file or release does not erase earlier versions. Export content you need before ending use. Account closure or a removal from the interface does not guarantee immediate deletion of history, backups, legally retained records, or copies already retrieved by your agents and integrations. Service limits and responsibility

Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that stored context or an agent's output will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing context before promoting it and for reviewing consequential agent actions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We will give notice where practicable and legally permitted. We may update these terms, publish the revised date, and notify account holders of material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter agreed fees or remove mandatory rights.
